We at CEO Hair Extensions Ltd are committed to providing you with the best possible service and highest quality products. 90% of all orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours, but we have a standard 1-2 business days processing time for all orders. Please note once we have shipped your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays by the courier. 

During major sale periods and for custom orders, processing times may take longer (7-14 business days for delivery), however we endeavour to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

All items are shipped Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on public holidays. To avoid any delays with your order processing, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not match, we suggest that you use the PayPal option on the checkout page. A PayPal account is not required to use this payment method. Items will be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL and all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Personal details and address errors:

Please note we are not liable for any errors made by the customer in relation to personal information or addresses. All address labels are automatically provided by shopify (our website provider), based on the information you have submitted. This is to avoid any errors which could occur, and to ensure accuracy based on the information that you have provided. If you notice an error, please let us know at the earliest convenience as no changes can be made once the order has left our warehouse. 

*Please look out for your tracking number and make all salon appointments with your expected delivery date in mind. Please note, once we have shipped your order and provided a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the items or delivery timeframe, by 3rd party shipping courier for example, Royal mail | DHL. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS 

All orders over £300GBP have complimentary express shipping. Please see all estimated shipping times below (cost estimated at checkout): 

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business days  

We do offer an express service to VIP members only. Please sign up for access today. All orders must be placed by 11am Monday - Friday for next day special delivery. Please note you may experience some delay over bank holidays or via the royal mail/DHL. 

Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business days

Your order will be shipped out and will arrive within 2-4 business days (excl. busy periods) where you may experience additional delays.

EXP. International Shipping: 3-7 Business days 

We offer fast worldwide shipping. We recognise there are different custom protocols around the world, so please allow time to receive your order.

Custom Orders: 7-14 Business days 

We need some time for custom orders. Please allow time for this process and for your items to be shipped out.
