Secursus is a third party insurance that covers your Royal Mail parcels against loss, theft and damage. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. All customers can opt-in and file a claim in the event that your packages are lost in transit, arrive damage or are stolen.

CEO Hair Extensions will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair appointments. We suggest that you wait until you receive your items before confirming any hair appointments and services.

Please note we are not liable for any errors made by the customer in relation to personal information such as address details. All address labels are automatically provided by Shopify (our website provider), based on the information you have submitted. This is to avoid any errors, and to ensure accuracy based on the information that you have provided. If you notice an error, please contact our concierge concierge@ceohairextensions.com soon as possible with your name and order number as no changes can be made once the order has left our warehouse.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended, so please make sure your order is accurate before submitting. If you notice an issue on your confirmation email, please contact the concierge right away and we’ll do our best to support you. Both laces are fabulous and create a seamless melt, however there is a slight difference.
High definition lace (HD lace) is the thinnest lace on the market and needs minimal customisation. Our single knot HD products are delicate and must be handled with care.Our CEO transparent lace is durable and made from high quality Swiss lace, it has a light brown colour but can be tinted to match your skin colour.

A lace closure is designed to cover the forehead section of your head. Our closure lace sizes are 5” by 5” and 6” by 6”.
A lace frontal covers the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear. Our frontal sizes are 13” by 4” and 13” x 6”.
All CEO closures and frontals can be parted in any way. -

Returns & Refunds

All sales are FINAL and we offer exchange only. You have 14 days to initiate an exchange. T&C’s apply.

All Items must be returned in the original packaging, unwashed or worn. In the case when a product has been altered in any way, tags removed or curl patterns disrupted, your order will be returned to you, if any of the above are deemed to be true. In order for your exchange to be considered you must contact concierge@ceohair.com within 14 days to initiate the return.
Unauthorised returns WILL NOT be accepted and we are not liable for such returns. We recommend all approved returns are sent using a signed courier. We will not be liable if there is no proof of posting. All returns should take no longer than 7-10 days to return to us. Your exchange or (365 day credit note) will be confirmed at this point.Please check out our Terms of Service to see if you’re eligible for a exchange.
