Refund policy
Please note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for lace products and wigs and exchange will only be offered on wefted hair, tape-ins etc, in certain circumstances. CEO Hair extensions has a 14-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY.
All Items must be returned in the original packaging, unwashed, worn or altered in any way and we will not accept returns if tags have been removed or curl patterns disrupted. Your order will be returned to you, if any of the above are deemed to be true. In order for your exchange to be considered you must contact info@ceohairextensions.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return.
Unauthorised returns WILL NOT be accepted and we are not liable for such returns. We recommend all approved returns are sent using a signed courier. We will not be liable if there is no proof of posting. All returns should take no longer than 7-10 days to return to us. Your exchange or (365 day credit note) will be confirmed at this point.
Exchanges
Unfortunately NO SALE ITEM can be exchanged or refunded.
NO item containing LACE i.e. lace closures, lace frontals and lace wigs can be exchanged or refunded due to the delicate nature of the products - ALL SALES ON LACE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Please note, we check our inventory before it leaves the warehouse and a photograph of all lace items with UIC.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders i.e. custom wigs, custom frontals and closures - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you would like to amend your order, this may be possible if it has not left the warehouse, please contact us at the earliest convenience at info@ceohairextensions.com quoting your invoice/order number and we will consider your request. Please note, if your order has been processed and shipped out, we cannot make any changes.
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your products, BUT PLEASE NOTE, WE TAKE FRAUDULENT CLAIMS VERY SERIOUSLY.
