Yes, we are still shipping. There are no known delays with our shipping partners at this time.

 

I want to cancel my online order, is this possible?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it may not be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure you review your order carefully before submitting the order.

 

Can I return products?

We are committed to providing the best possible service to our CEO Mobb! All sales are final, but in some instances exchanges are possible. Please see our refunds policy. Products must not be worn or tampered with in anyway. If this is the case, your exchange will not be accepted.

 

How long do customised orders take?

All customised orders need time to be made. The timeframe will depend on your chosen colour and the quantity of your order. Balayage and highlighted colours take longer to be produced. Please give these orders up to 14 days before shipping, but at times we do have stock readily available. 

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We use royal mail, DHL or FEDEX.

 

How long does shipping take?

We anticipate that all orders are shipped out within 48 hours of confirming your order. Delivery can take between 2-4 business days from this point, however during major holidays or sales, processing and delivery times can take longer between 7-10 business days.

 

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. We accept all orders to suit your needs.

 

How to place a large order?

Do you offer wholesale?

Due to the high demand of our products, we do not offer wholesale at this time. Our extensions can only be purchased at www.ceohairextensions.com.
